Purpose Establish and develop a real-time trade support function to handle all pre and post trade administrative tasks relating to client order flow. Responsibilities Guide clients through the different processes in their relationship with the firm: opening of account, daily servicing, and guidance on products. Conduct sales and trading calls on a weekly basis to promote the firm’s products. Contact potential clients to promote the desk’s different services, and work on strengthening their relationships with them.
